Rights and obligations of members

1. A Full Member shall enjoy all privileges including voting power and the right of office.
2. A Provisional Member shall enjoy all privileges except voting power and the right of office.
3. In case the Society is involved in any debts or liabilities, it shall be the responsibility of the Council during whose term of office such debts or liabilities are incurred.
4. The liability of the members is limited to an amount equivalent to their annual subscription only.
